The inspiration is R. López de Heredia Viña Tondonia Rosé Gran Reserva. You haven't found true love until you've had an aged rosé. Savory and feral, sleek and acid-driven. Will pair with literally any food and once you open the bottle, it will only continue to unlock it's mystic powers. A perfect wine for the holiday table. Extremely Rare Creature.

Hailing from the Dewitt vineyard in Amador County at 1300' where the soils are comprised primarily of decomposed granite, with volcanic, quartzite, and clay. The Kumo To Ame is a field blend of Touriga Nacional (50%), Tinta Roriz (30%), Tinto Cão (15%), and Trincadeira (5%). Picked at 19 Brix, whole cluster pressed, and fermented in stainless steel. The most acid-driven and savory iteration of the Kumo to date. 2013 is sleek and feral, making previous vintages seem almost domesticated. Years of aging potential.
