How much does it cost to join the Club?

There is no cost to join! There is a $50 fee if member cancels before receiving 2 shipments.

What are my benefits and when do they begin?

Depending on the club level you join, you will receive a number of complimentary tastings by appointment at our Downtown Napa tasting room - Outland, 10-15% savings on wine purchases and merchandise, invitations to events, special gifts, and access to library wines. Your benefits begin as soon as you join.

How often and when will I be billed?

You will be billed twice per year, roughly in March and September. You will receive an email notification 1 week prior to being billed for the shipment.

How does my complimentary tastings work?

We welcome you and a guest to enjoy a complimentary tasting of Forlorn Hope wines at our Downtown Napa tasting room - Outland. We ask that you please book these in advance by emailing appointments@outlandwines.com and stating your membership tier. Depending on your membership tier you will have available a certain amount of complimentary tastings per year. Your membership discount will also apply to our wines at Outland in addition to our website.

How can I make changes to my club account?

Please sign in to your account via the log in on our website. From there you will be able to update your billing and shipping addresses, add new credit cards, and more.

What happens if my shipment is sent back to the winery?

Delivery services will make three delivery attempts before returning the wine to us. If the wine is returned to the winery, we can reship the order for a $50 fee. We suggest that you provide an address that will assure you receive the delivery, such as a place of business, with someone over the age of 21 present to sign for your order.

What if I end up with a corked bottle?

We will replace the bottle for you.

Where do I pick up my wines?

You can pick up your wines at Outland, our tasting room in Downtown Napa. Your order will be ready for pick up the following business day we are open. Outland's hours are Fridays through Mondays, 1-7pm, located at 920 Franklin Street, Napa 94559. With your club membership you and a guest complimentary tastings, please book this in advance by emailing appointments@outlandwines.com and giving your order number and club membership. Please give your order number or show your order receipt either on your phone or a printed copy, when you pick up your order.

Can I have someone else pick up my release?

Yes, you can have a friend or family member pick up your release. Just be sure to send us an email or give us a call with the name of the person so we can make a note on your account.

Can I skip releases?

Yes! Members can skip a maximum of two consecutive releases. Longer durations require cancellation, which may be subjected to the $50 cancellation fee if the member cancels before receiving two releases.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel your membership we ask that you give notice one week before the next release. Once the order has been processed, we can not refund and your cancellation will be activated after. We require members receive two releases before cancellation, or they will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

What address should I use for shipping?

We suggest that you provide an address that will guarantee you receive a delivery, such as a place of business, with someone over the age of 21 present to sign for your order. You may also choose to send your wine via UPS to a UPS store near you. Please confirm with your local UPS store before using that address (we use UPS for most shipments, please let us know if you prefer to ship FedEx).

What is the delivery process?

Our default shipping method is via UPS ground and UPS temperature control. An adult 21 or older must be present to sign for the package upon delivery. Can I increase the number of bottles in my shipment?

Heck yeah! You will receive an email 1 week prior to billing where you can request additions to your shipment.

Upon online enrollment, you will automatically be billed and sent the current release unless it has closed.
